Since our inception Locality Links has been working in partnership with health and social care organisations to help improve the lives of patients and carers.

Locality Links CIC works with organisations and community groups to develop engagement programmes, with the emphasis on growing and connecting local passion, skills and potential, whilst capturing people’s stories… to hopefully inspire others to start their own journey.

Locality Links believes passionately in personalisation and in putting people in control of the care and support they receive to enable them to live full lives. This passion underpins our work to nurture and develop enterprising people.  

A strong sense of community, whose members will be encouraged to:

• • Have more community involvement and ensure their ‘local voice’ is heard
• • Have the confidence and ‘can do’ attitude to do things for the community
• • Take responsibility for vulnerable members of the community
• • Be sociable, collaborative and welcoming to all and identify with and take pride in the local community and its qualities
• • Support voluntary and social enterprise organisations that address areas of need and promote social inclusion
